I generate my insights and research in the area of overcoming resistance to diversity and inclusion independently, i.e., without the permanent support of an institution. While some of my research collaborations are compensated, the bulk of my public advocacy (writing, speaking, knowledge creation) is self-funded.
Ad hoc support from readers and admirers of my work helps me to do more and have a greater impact. It also provides valuable encouragement in the sometimes lonely fight.
